I am passionate about learning and relationships and the process of change. I am interested in supporting you to discover your own knowing and resources. I have worked in a number of different areas in my life so far: as a counsellor, thinking coach, trainer, lecturer and researcher. My development as a counsellor and coach have been most  influenced by insight meditation and training in person-centred, psychodramatic, and mindfulness approaches to therapy.
